All forms are provided for download in PDF form for easy printing. Forms are kept up to date however do change from time to time; make sure you download the latest copy from the Saddlebred Australia website as required.

Apply for registration of A, AA, B, S and GG Registers. The Registration form includes a breeder's certificate.

Apply to have your stallion approved to stand at stud

Stallion Service Report
Form to record all mares bred to an approved stallion during the breeding season. Mandatory for all stallions; free to submit, due by 31st July each year. Late submission incurs a penalty fee.

Lease Agreement
Record of lease for any registered Saddlebred, including the use of a stallion or mare for breeding purposes.

Notification of Sale/Transfer
Transfer notification must be sent to ASSRA within 30 days of sale of an American Saddlebred.
